All Wales World Cup matches to be screened live on Premier Sports

Welsh supporters can watch both of our sides live on TV throughout our 2026 Rugby League World Cup campaigns.

All of Wales Women and Wales Wheelchair Rugby League World Cup group matches will be shown live on Premier Sports back home in Cymru, giving supporters the chance to follow both teams as they take on the world’s best in Australia.

Wales Women begin against England in Perth on Saturday 17 October, while Wales Wheelchair start by facing England in Wollongong on Friday 30 October.

Wales Wheelchair are guaranteed five matches at the tournament, with every team progressing from the pool stage into the semi-final or ranking matches. 

The Women’s World Cup semi-finals take place on 7 and 8 November, with the final at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane, on Sunday 15 November.

The Wheelchair World Cup is staged entirely at the WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong, with the final on Friday 13 November.

Premier Sports holds the exclusive UK and Ireland broadcast rights to the 2026 Rugby League World Cup. All Wales’ matches take place over the course of a month, meaning it will cost fans just £18.99 to subscribe for one month, covering all Wales matches and ending with the men’s final, with no notice needed for cancellation if subscribed through Prime Video.

We know that kick-off times will mean early starts for Welsh supporters back in Cymru, but these are World Cup matches, and we hope fans across Wales will get behind both teams throughout their campaigns.
