Wales Rugby League is the National Governing Body for the sport in Wales and is responsible for the development of all forms of Rugby League activities at all levels and areas of the sport.

Wales Rugby League is committed to enabling anyone with a disability to participate in Rugby League in Wales.

All Rugby League activity in Wales has to be sanctioned by the WRL. This strategy covers the period April 2019 to March 2021.

Rugby League is a fast and dynamic game, which involves great strength, stamina and skill, and is played through the summer, so no muddy pitches, or cold, wet training nights!

A great way to get, and keep, fit, as well as offering opportunity to socialise with new people in the wonderful Welsh summer!

Although Rugby League shares similarities with rugby union, it is important to see them as different games, and as such each has it’s won unique set of skills.

If you want to train to keep fit, or if you want to play some competitive team sport, Rugby League is a great way to keep fit, meet new people and socialise, so why not give it a go?
