Wales U19 to take on England Academy this Saturday in Llanelli

Wales U19 take on England Academy this Saturday at Stebonheath Park in Llanelli (kick-off 1pm).

The Welsh youngsters will be looking to bounce back after a close defeat to England Lions in Colwyn Bay last month as they conclude their 2019 campaign.

Wales coach Anthony Walker said: “We’re all looking forward to the game. Last time out we were unlucky not to get the win as I thought we were the better team. We just made a few uncharacteristic individual errors that led to easy tries.

“This time out will be a bigger test, it will be the toughest game some of these boys have ever played and I’m looking forward to them stepping up and showing the talent that we have in Wales.

“This is our last game of this year’s programme and some of these lads will to progress and win Wales honours at a higher level. I want them to leave everything out on the field and give a hundred per cent.”
