A 25-player Wales squad has been named for the under 18s Four Nations campaign, that starts on Saturday 31st May, when we face Ireland at The Lextan Gnoll.
No fewer than ten of the side come from Swansea Rams, whilst there are three each from Bridgend Blue Bulls and Cynon Valley Cavaliers., two each from South Wales Jets and Torfaen Tigers and one each from North Wales Crusaders and Aber Valley Wolves.
Eighteen of the squad are in line for their first Wales cap, whilst seven were part of successful Wales U16 title winning sides over the last couple of years. Two of those, Jacob Morris and Ethan Williams, are already U18 internationals, having turned out in last year’s tournament for this side.
We begin the tournament by hosting Ireland at The Lextan Gnoll on Saturday 31 May (3pm), before travelling to face Scotland at Stags Rugby Club on Sunday 29 June. The tournament concludes against England Community Lions on Saturday 12 July at the home of Halton Farnworth Hornets ARLFC.
