Important ticketing information

Ahead of Saturday’s fixtures at The Gnoll (Neath RFC), we would like to inform spectators of some important ticketing information.

As part of our partnership with Ticketpass, all tickets must be purchased through the Ticketpass website, available via https://wrl.wales/tickets

When arriving at the turnstile, all spectators must have a QR code on their phone to be scanned for entry. It will not be possible to pay by cash or card on the gate.

If you’re paying on the day, the process stays the same as buying in the days or weeks before the game. Even if you are in the queue to enter The Lextan Gnoll, your ticket must be bought before you reach the turnstile. Again, simply head to https://wrl.wales/tickets

If you’re in the queue to get in and still need to buy your ticket, QR codes will be accessible at various points to take you straight to the ticket buying website. We will also have volunteers making their way up and down the queue to support you.

Once you have bought your ticket or tickets, you will receive a confirmation email. Within that email, you must assign your ticket to someone. This then generates the QR code that will be scanned on the turnstile. Your email confirmation is not your ticket until you have done this.

Thanks to our partnership with Ticketpass, all tickets sold include a donation to Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity as part of the ticket price.
