England kept up their winning run against Wales, but the hosts were happy to have scored three tries against England for the first time.
Two were scored by new player-coach Ieuan Griffiths, who was also sinbinned in the second half, with Justin Martin, playing his final game for Wales, scoring the third.
England, who were packed with PDRL Super League stars, led from inside the first minute when Steven Bates scored the first of his five tries and Adam Fleming kicked the first of his 10 goals.
A second Bates try on five minutes, improved by Fleming, put the score onto 12-0, before Griffiths dived under the sticks on nine minutes to get Wales on the board. Paul Jones converted.
Bates soon secured his hat-trick, with Tommy Pouncey and Darren Dean following him over to put the score onto 30-6 at half-time.
Wales found it tough to stop England whenever they put on a strong attack, with a number of their tries being long runs from 40 to 50 metres out.
Jamie Barnett increased England’s lead early on in the half, and the score was 46-6 before Wales got on the board again, thanks to tries from Nicholas Leigh and Bates.
After Griffiths scored his second try, that was improved by Jones, he received a yellow card, giving England more space to score, and they did that through Leigh with his second, and Callum Parkinson.
Martin signed off his Wales career eight minutes from time with a hard-fought try, with Jones adding his third goal to put the score onto 58-18.
But England ended the game well with further tries from Parkinson and Bates.
