The WRL National Development Academy at Coleg y Cymoedd have announced their pre-season sessions that start on Tuesday 24th June.
For all apart from the final week, the sessions will take place at the Centre of Sporting Excellence in Ystrad Mynach.
Applications are still open for those who want to join the course for 2025-26, and it’s not too late for you to start next week. This course has produced Wales internationals and Super League players.
Strength and Conditioning sessions will be rugby league specific with Geraint Kettley, a level 4 fitness instructor.
Rugby league field sessions are with Mark Jones (Wales Students coach) and Wayne Ponting (Cardiff Demons and WRL women’s side coach).
