Disability Sport Wales are excited to share with us that Disability Inclusion Training Level 1 is now free.
As part of the count-down and celebration of the Paralympic Games Paris 2024 and Deaflympic Games Tokyo 2025, Disability Sport Wales and Sport Wales are launching the UK Disability Inclusion Training Coaches & Volunteers and Education Level 1 courses free of charge!
In partnership with Sport Wales, Disability Sport Wales are now able to offer Disability Inclusion Training free of charge to coaches, volunteers, organisations, and all others involved in sport and physical activity.
The content covers:
- Effective communication
- Activity Inclusion Model
- Creating a person-centred approach
- Functional Model of disability
- STEP framework.
