Wales Rugby League and Coleg y Cymoedd regional programme update

About Us | Coleg y CymoeddWales Rugby League have started their regional rugby league junior programme at U14s, U16s and U18s every week from November 26th in both East and West Wales. These will be eight-week blocks culminating in East vs West matches in February 2022. This is also open to girls at U14 and U16 level.

WRL would like to confirm the first phase of the SW Regional Junior Development sessions U14s, U16s and U18’s starts on Friday 26th November. We are looking for players who are committed to the eight-week training programme and attendance will have a huge bearing on representation in the Origin Series.

26th November 7pm

East Origin @ Centre of Excellence, Ystrad Mynach CF82 7EP – open to players from Cardiff Blue Dragons, Torfaen Tigers, Aber Valley Wolves and Rhondda Outlaws.

West Origin @ 3G pitch at Ysgol Bryn Castell, just off the motorway at Sarn junction Bridgend, CF32 9NZ – open to players from Swansea Stallions, GVR, Bridgend Blue Bulls, Cynon Valley Cavaliers, Aberavon Fighting Irish. No studded togs to be used at this location.
